JeffSolves MedTech 2024 Pitch Night
JeffSolves MedTech is a unique program where students from the medicine, industrial, and textile design programs at Thomas Jefferson University collaborate closely. They conduct thorough user research and identify problems alongside Jefferson clinicians at various Jefferson Health sites. These insights are then transformed into commercially viable innovations through an intensive product development immersion, guided by experts from Thomas Jefferson University, Jefferson Health, and Delve. Now, these multidisciplinary teams proudly present their medical design innovations—the latest products emerging from JeffSolves MedTech, now in its ninth year.
Human-Centered: Health Design Student Symposium 2024
Sidney Kimmel Medical College’s SI-Design Track, powered by the Health Design Lab, is a groundbreaking 4-year curricular program where medical students conduct research at the intersection of health and design while learning to be creative leaders who are prepared to tackle tomorrows ever-changing healthcare landscape. Through a series of engagements in the Health Design Lab, students learn and apply Health Design Thinking methods to identify a real world healthcare challenge and design solutions that can have a real impact on people's lives.
